Wyatt Matas Webinar 08.18.11

Colonnade Healthcare Solutions and Powers, Pyles, Sutter and Verville held a free webinar on August 18th, 2011 to discuss the strategic, financial and legal challenges and opportunities of more integrated relationships between physician house call practices and home health. As the healthcare system moves to incentivizing providers that coordinate care for the benefit of enhanced quality and lower cost, many are exploring partnerships with other healthcare providers that offer a complementing service. This well-attended webinar enhanced the participants’ understanding of the convergence of strategic and financial interests and legal options available to develop the integrated relationships so vital today’s healthcare system. The webinar also provided client perspectives on the challenges and opportunities encountered. Moderated by Chip Measells, Managing Partner of Wyatt Matas, the webinar included as presenters Brent Feorene, President of Colonnade Healthcare Solutions, Jim Pyles, Founder and Principal of Powers, Pyles, Sutter and Verville, and Kyle Allen, DO, Medical Director of Geriatrics for Riverside Health System.
